Collect a stamp every time you purchase a qualifying handcrafted drink and your 10th drink is on us.
Here's everything you need to know about collecting stamps and redeeming your free drink.
Collecting stamps
Collect one stamp for each qualifying handcrafted drink purchased.
Once you've collected nine stamps, your completed loyalty card can be redeemed for one free handcrafted drink.
Stamps can only be awarded at the time of purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.
Multiple partially completed paper loyalty cards can be combined to complete a single loyalty card.
No stamps are awarded when purchasing a drink using a free drink voucher or other complimentary offer, unless when using a reusable cup to redeem a completed loyalty card.
Bonus promotional stamps are exclusive to the Caffè Nero app and are not available on paper loyalty cards, unless when using a reusable cup to redeem a completed loyalty card.
Bring your own reusable cup and you'll receive a bonus stamp, whether you're collecting stamps on a paper loyalty card or through the Caffè Nero app.
Stamps are not awarded on transactions where a partner discount has been applied, including Coffee Club, Compare the Market, Three and Waitrose offers.
Redeeming your free drink
Your completed loyalty card can be redeemed for one free handcrafted Hot Drink or Iced Drink of any size.
Speciality Drinks and Extras are included.
There is no expiry date on a completed paper loyalty card. Fully Stamped Cards on the Caffe Nero app have an expiry of 18 months.
Present your completed loyalty card before payment when redeeming your free drink.
Each completed loyalty card may only be redeemed once and will be retained by Caffè Nero at the time of redemption.
Lost or damaged loyalty cards
Paper loyalty cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Caffè Nero cannot transfer stamps from lost or damaged loyalty cards.
General
Paper loyalty cards are valid at all Caffè Nero stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Paper loyalty cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative.
Photocopied, altered or damaged loyalty cards may not be accepted.
Caffè Nero reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Paper Loyalty Card scheme and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a paper loyalty card and the Caffè Nero app?
Yes. You can choose to collect stamps on either a paper loyalty card or a digital loyalty card in the Caffè Nero app. Stamps cannot be transferred between paper and digital loyalty cards.
Can I collect more than one stamp in a transaction?
Yes. You'll receive one stamp for each qualifying handcrafted drink purchased.
Can I combine multiple paper loyalty cards?
Yes. If you have more than one partially completed paper loyalty card, they can be combined to create one completed loyalty card.
Can I collect bonus promotional stamps on my paper loyalty card?
Bonus promotional stamps are exclusive to the Caffè Nero app. However, bonus stamps for bringing your own reusable cup are available on both paper and digital loyalty cards.
Do I receive a bonus stamp for bringing my own reusable cup?
Yes. Every time you purchase a qualifying handcrafted drink using your own reusable cup, you'll receive a bonus stamp, whether you're using a paper loyalty card or the Caffè Nero app.
Do completed paper loyalty cards expire?
No. Completed paper loyalty cards do not have an expiry date.
What happens if I lose my paper loyalty card?
Unfortunately, paper loyalty cards cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged, and any stamps collected cannot be recovered.
I forgot to ask for my stamp. Can it be added later?
No. Stamps must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.
