What type of personal information do we collect?

If you create an account or register a Gift Card – your username, password, phone number, date of birth, name. and address. If you buy goods at our stores using a Gift Card – where you buy, how frequently you buy.

If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways – name, address, phone number, date of birth and demographics information.

We also ask customers if they would like to provide us with their Post Code and Telephone Number. We will, within a reasonable timeframe, provide you with a complete list of all the personal data held on you upon request (but we reserve the right to charge a small administrative fee for this service).

What if you no longer want us to store data about you?

We are happy to suppress your personal data from any mailing list or promotional database we maintain; simply contact us through our contact us page stating that this is the case and all data relating to you will be suppressed.

How confidential is the data we hold about you?

We are the “owner” (or “data controller” for the purposes of the DPA) of your personal data and will not sell, share or transfer this data without your consent.  Should it be appropriate, we will release your information to law enforcement agencies. We may also transfer or disclose your information to our professional advisers and to such other parties as we consider necessary in the administration of the Site and our related business.
