Turkey Feast Foccacia
Who doesn’t love an indulgent festive turkey sandwich? This this year we have done an Italian twist.
Our hand docked olive oil enriched rosemary and sea salt focaccia is filled with succulent butter basted turkey, smoky beechwood smoked bacon and an Italian Inspired stuffing with pork, fennel and apricot. This is paired with a tangy ruby red cranberry sauce to cut through the richness.
A true warming indulgent festive sandwich.
Pigs Under Blankets Tostati Melt
Back by popular demand and surely everyone’s favourite part of Christmas lunch (or maybe that’s just us).
We needed to make our Pigs Under Blankets extra special this year. Succulent pork chipolata sausages paired with our own recipe of coffee cured bacon for that extra special twist, and tangy cranberry sauce to boot. All sandwiched between our cranberry jewelled cheese topped tosati.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
Brie, Bacon & Cranberry Panini
A true festive favourite.
A sourdough stone baked panini filled with creamy French Brie and Beechwood smoked bacon paired with a tangy ruby red cranberry sauce to cut through the richness of the brie.
When heated the brie melts and the festive flavours marry together to create a classic festive panini.
Vegan Festive Feast Panini
A vegan and veggie festive favourite.
Filled with THIS® turkey and delicious mulled red cabbage, then paired with a vegan stuffing of apple, sage and fennel, our sourdough festive panini smells as good as it looks.
Luxury Amaretto Mince Pie
Love mince pies? Well, let’s tempt you with the most wonderful, luxury mince pie you’ll ever taste (we may be biased).
Award-winning - recognised by the Good Housekeeping Institute for their impeccable flavour – they are a decadent, melt in your mouth and pair perfectly with coffee.
Rich and buttery golden pastry encases sweet and sticky amaretto laced mincemeat which has plenty of zesty mixed peel for a refreshing citrus kick. We have given our luxurious mince pie an Italian Nero twist using a Florentine inspired topping. Toasted flaked almonds and more zingy orange peel are tumbled in plenty of golden syrup before being hand topped on each pie to deliver the perfect crunch.
Served in store with the option to warm up, releasing more delicious winter spice flavour, and an optional dollop of fresh cream.
Classic Mince Pie
Christmas isn’t Christmas without the classic mince pie.
Delivering the characteristic festive flavours that we’ve come to expect such as light hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves, perfectly paired with juicy and fruity sultanas, currants and mixed peel to reveal bursts of sweet and zesty flavour.
Warm it up to release extra flavour and ask for a dollop of fresh cream or cream alternative for added festive indulgence.
Chocolate & Hazelnut Chouxnut
Oh the joy of the chouxnut. Despite its tantalizing looks, this season’s special Chocolate & Hazelnut Chouxnut might be considered the lighter option for Christmas indulgence.
With its characteristic golden weightless choux case, you’ll find it oozing to the brim with a Belgian chocolate and hazelnut mousse, lightly whipped to aerated perfection.
We use a decadently rich Belgian chocolate ganache that we smother across the chouxnut top and then hand scatter with toasted chopped hazelnuts.
Luxury Black Forest Cake
For pure indulgence in the form of a modern Christmas cake, the showstopping Luxury Black Forest Cake doesn’t disappoint.
Inspired by the retro German gateau, our festive cake comprises of three layers of rich chocolate sponge sandwiched between layers of creamy white chocolate and cherry flavoured frosting and fruity morello cherry compote delivering plenty of oozing flavour.
The velvety white chocolate and cherry frosting generously coats the top and sides of the cake which is finally hand decorated with more of our gooey morello cherry compote, dark chocolate shards and sour cherries to deliver great bursts of flavour in every bite.
