Black Deer Festival

For the whole of March we will be featuring the artists appearing live at this year’s festival. You can hear them every day at 15.30, for 15 minutes.

For many years Caffè Nero has been part of the Cornbury Music Festival and the Caffè Nero stage became famous for presenting some of the best emerging talent to be found in the UK, including Passenger, Jack Savoretti and many others. Sadly that festival has come to an end, so we spent many months looking for another music festival that shares our passion for great music and community values, not to mention a love of great coffee and good food!

We are pleased to announce that we will be partnering with the Black Deer Festival in 2023 and beyond.

Black Deer is a Kent based festival born from passion and built from experience of its founders (whom I have known for many years), who are no strangers to the festival and events scene, having produced and directed some of the UK’s most loved featuring legendary Americana artists like Neil Young, the Eagles and Bob Dylan. And, for whom, Americana and country music has become a lifelong love affair. The Caffè Nero afternoon music playlist already features many of the artists who played on the Black Deer stages and so the partnership was a natural fit.

Starting this summer, Caffè Nero will be bringing our award winning coffee (and iced drinks) to the festival, along with our freshly baked pastries, sandwiches and grilled panini. All made to the same standards you would find in a high street Nero.

And as always, we will bring the Caffè Nero stage to the festival. Featuring the music of over 30 bands and musicians, representing the finest unsigned talent to be found in the UK. Of course, you might also want to see the main stage line up which includes superstars such as The Pretenders, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, and Bonnie Rait!

Black Deer is on a mission to bring the real Americana & Country music, and way of life, to the UK – expressed through a unique music festival.

For the whole of March we will be featuring the artists appearing live at this year’s festival. You can hear them every day at 15.30, for 15 minutes.

And as a Caffe Nero fan, you can purchase tickets for Black Deer Festival at a special 10% discount here! But don’t wait too long as tickets are selling fast…

We look forward to seeing you at the festival.
