Bitter Sweet Espresso Tonic
A refreshingly bitter sweet alternative to iced coffee. Try our espresso tonic recipe that’s just as good to drink as it is to stare at.

Ingredients:
- 16g (30ml/single espresso) Caffè Nero Classico Original Blend ground coffee, or Classico Original Blend decaffeinated ground coffee
- Tonic water
- Rosemary sprigs
- Pomegranate
- Ice (optional)
What you?ll need:
- Espresso machine (or take away espresso from your nearest Caffè Nero coffee house)
- Drinking glass
Step one:
Fill your drinking glass with ice (optional) and part fill it with tonic water. About three-quarters to the top.
Step two:
Take a single espresso and slowly pour it over the tonic water. You’ll see the espresso float on top of the tonic.
Step four:
Garnish with pomegranate and rosemary.
