Many of you have said you want to tell us in more detail about your visits – because you want us to get it right or you want to get something off your chest – good or bad.

My NERO visit

The myNEROvisit surveys are individual to each café, so to take part you’ll need to pick up a card when you next visit or look at your receipt for a unique store code. Then enter this reference into the survey. We’ll ask you how you felt about all sorts of things, from our coffee quality to the café’s atmosphere. You can fill it out as many times as you like.
