Barista Trainer

Requirements:

• Experience in coffee and hospitality industry.
• Training experience within the coffee industry.
• Customer Service enthusiast.
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or Greek .
• Having the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent Communication and Organisation skills, able to operate in a fast pace environment.
• Strong people skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Great attention to details, good observation skills and drive for excellence.
• Computer Knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the trainings of newly hired Barista for the respective District assigned.
• Ensures a smooth onboarding for all trainees at their corresponding store.
• Train Barista to provide high quality of products and services in full alignment with the brand standards.
• Guides and support Barista throughout their training period and creates a positive learning environment.
• Develops Teams as per the international product guidelines, service procedures and quality levels.
• Provide timely constructive feedback to ensure all Barista In-Training successfully complete their Barista Assessment.
• Proactively communicate with management team of each store the progress and performance of the Barista In -Training.
• Create and support a culture of trust and ownership where performance is recognised and progression is promoted.
