Assistant Store Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role; a relevant degree is welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Enhanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of financial matters.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English.
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Provide high-quality products and services in alignment with the brand's standards.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.
  • Achieve the financial objectives of the company.
