Katy Hurt - Artist of the Month

Katy Hurt’s relationship with Caffè Nero goes all the way back to 2018 when she played on our Cornbury Music Festival stage and blew everyone away. In fact, she was then invited to play one of the main stages the following year!

Since then, we have followed her progress with great interest. Katy has recently release a number of tracks which we just had to put on our playlist. In fact ,better than that we have made Katy our Artist of the Month for March 2024 and you will be able to hear her music each afternoon in every Caffè Nero at 15.30 for 15 minutes.

Katy was born in London but raised in the US and was drawn to the sounds of Country, Americana and Southern rock from a young age. Inspired by artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, and Patsy Cline.  

Since her debut in 2016, Katy has released a string of critically acclaimed singles and EPs, showcasing her versatile range and has won accolades such as the UK Country Music Spotlight Awards for Female Vocalist of the Year, Best EP, Best Song and Best Video. She has also toured extensively, playing major festivals such as Country 2 Country at the O2 Arena, Pilton Party on Glastonbury’s famed Pyramid Stage, and the Isle of Wight festival. 

With a rapidly growing fan base, Katy Hurt is poised to take the music world by storm with her authentic storytelling, genre-defying sound and undeniable talent. She is playing a very special concert in London as the headliner on April 4th at the famous Camden venue, Fiddlers Elbow.
